Mersey Weaver has a  new Explorer Scout Commissioner and Network Commissioner Designate!!
Rob Council becomes our District Explorer Scout Commissioner (DESC). He is currently the Section Leader for Griffon Network and is also an Assistant Leader at Aquila Explorers.
Joana Sousa will become our Network Commissioner later in the year when the Section becomes a District responsibility. Joana is currently an Assistant Scout Leader at 1st Helsby.
I’d like to offer both my congratulations and also my thanks to both for volunteering to take up the challenge of leading our 14-25 year old programme. I’m sure they will make a formidable team and I trust they can count of the support and best wishes of us all.
