If you would like your child to join a group or unit in Mersey Weaver, please enter your/your child’s details in the form below. Your details will be stored in Online Scout Manager, which we use to manage youth members across the District.

Please be aware that, by entering your details below, you are permitting Mersey Weaver Scout Council to store and share the information supplied (with Scout Groups within Mersey Weaver) in order to assist in finding your child a place.

Scouting in Mersey Weaver is entirely volunteer led, with thousands of hours donated weekly by over 400 adult volunteers, please consider joining us.

All leaders in the Beaver Scout, Cub Scout and Scout Section who are between the ages of 14 and 18 must be members of the Young Leaders Unit. They are Explorer Scouts who choose to devote a large proportion of their time in Scouting to service in another section.
If you are an OSM user then you can register them with the Unit by sharing their details with "Mersey Weaver District: MW Young Leader Unit"

What happens next?

Once you’ve filled in the form we’ll be in touch about finding you a placement at one of our groups and will invite you to OSM.

Please note there is some mandatory training which must be completed within the first 3 months of commencing your role but we will be be able to give you more information about this after you enrol.
