On the 12 August while in South Korea we extremely excited to have been able to present Tara Jennings with our very first King’s Scout Award. The King’s Scout Award is the top achievement for Explorer Scouts and Scout Network members and an incredible achievement.

Tara had earlier in May given a fantastic presentation at our AGM on how she earned had the award. Which included:

Tara and Oli (our Lead Volunteer) took the opportunity to present Tara with her certificate and badge while out in South Korea at the World Scout Jamboree.

We are very proud of Tara and all her achievements and very excited for a number of young people who are hot on her tails to achieve the award this year too!
