What has happened so far…
To kick the project off region specific meetings took place in October (North), November (Central) and December (South) to share some initial data and thoughts on where and how development should take place. The information shared and discussed at those meetings is available in the section below.

The data
In looking at the data, there are lots of obvious potential opportunities (and challenges) to grow and develop Scouting locally for the benefit of young people.
The table and graph below is fed directly in realtime with data from OSM and shows the youth membership in each group/section/unit, the number of young people (aged 4-17) on our joining list as well as the ideal capacity set in OSM by groups themselves. You can click on the graph to dive deeper into each group.
