Got a passion for Archery, Air Rifle Shooting, Crossbows, Axe Throwing or Catapults? Willing to volunteer a couple of hours periodically, in an evening or a weekend, to pass on your shooting skills to others or help run a target sports event for our youth members along wiht other Team members?
The Target Sports Team is responsible for the District’s strategy to develop both Archery and Shooting so that they become a regular occurrence on the programmes of all Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Network in Mersey Weaver.
You do not need to have any previous Scouting experience nor will you need to be an Adult Leader in Scouting. We are just looking for enthusiastic volunteers,aged 18 or over, willing to give help periodically in a evening or at the weekend to help support our target sports activity programme or improve target sports skills to our adult and youth members.
