Be Active

Regular physical activity has positive impact on mental and physical health.

All of these badge requirements are suggestions and alternatives can be substituted by leaders and young people. This award is designed to be very flexible. Requirements can also be adapted to suit each young persons abilities. We’ve tried to link the requirements to other Scout badges to make it easy to build into your programme.
